Beijing's roadside parking electronic toll collection system is the world's largest high-mast video application for curbside management. Deployed across all 17 districts (including the Economic Development Zone), the system generates over 800,000 parking records daily, with the AI data processing system handling up to 1.05 million records and 94 million images per day.
The project manages 580 km of curb space and has become the national benchmark —known as the 'Beijing Standard' —for city-scale smart parking. The deployment leverages high-precision AI perception to enable touchless payment, automated license plate recognition, and real-time violation detection.
Southern China's largest smart parking network
Covering Guangzhou's 6 central districts (Yuexiu, Haizhu, Liwan, Tianhe, Baiyun, Huangpu) and 4 suburban zones (Zengcheng, Huadu, Panyu, Nansha), this deployment manages 36,857 parking spaces under a unified city-level platform. It is the largest smart parking样板 in southern China.
By applying high-precision physical AI, the system achieves organized parking, improved compliance, and fine-grained management —ushering in a new era of intelligent mobility for one of China's most populous cities.
Dongcheng District urban governance
After completing the roadside parking electronic toll system, SuperVision empowered Dongcheng District's governance with AI-driven upgrades across three dimensions: from parking management to violation enforcement, from static traffic order to dynamic mobility management, and from motor vehicle regulation to non-motor vehicle oversight.
This 'build once, empower multiple times' approach powers multi-agency 'one-network governance' —improving road capacity, enabling fine-grained enforcement, and setting the standard for integrated urban management.
Shijingshan non-motor vehicle safety
Deploying industry-leading AI machine vision and algorithm platform technology, SuperVision equipped key intersections and road segments with 24/7 video capture, large-screen alerts, and intelligent pedestrian crossing audio prompts. High-precision computer vision replaces manual monitoring, automatically detecting pedestrian and cyclist violations around the clock.
The project has become a benchmark for non-motorized traffic governance nationwide, contributing to social governance improvements and the creation of civilized urban environments.
World's first city-scale AI traffic lights
The world's largest holographic intersection deployment —142 intersections in Zhangjiakou's city center upgraded from fixed-timing to AI-adaptive signal control. This pioneering project achieves two fundamental transformations: from manual/fixed timing to AI-driven timing, and from 'cars watch lights' to 'lights watch cars'.
Traffic efficiency improved by nearly 20% citywide. Each intersection is equipped with perception and intelligence —giving traffic lights 'eyes' and a 'brain' —turning ordinary junctions into smart, responsive AI intersections.
Yangshuo digital intersection upgrade
SuperVision led the traffic optimization and AI upgrade of Yangshuo's busiest roundabout —the Shima Yuanpan intersection —along with two other key scenic area junctions. Despite a 61.26% increase in visitors during the 2023 Golden Week holiday, the upgraded intersection saw its congestion index drop 11.2% year-over-year.
By the 2024 Labor Day period, congestion delay at the same intersection had plummeted 67% compared to 2023 —a dramatic improvement for one of China's most popular tourist destinations.
Hebei District smart road network
A custom-built intelligent road network for Tianjin's central Hebei District —integrating AI-powered static and dynamic traffic management, smart traffic enforcement, vehicle-road coordination, and big data analytics. The system enables full-domain, all-weather data coordination and management.
The deployment has driven new industry development in Hebei District, establishing a model for integrated smart road networks in urban centers.
Nansha autonomous driving corridor
SuperVision built a high-precision roadside intelligent perception system supporting autonomous driving in Guangzhou's Nansha Pearl Bay area. The project provides smart mobility services for citizens and establishes a vehicle-road-cloud coordination platform with digital twin capabilities for operational management.
In June 2024, the project was recognized by China's Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development as a 'New Urban Infrastructure Industry and Application Demonstration Base' —validating the technology for nationwide replication.
Smart parking POC in the Middle East
Deployed SuperVision's Green Vision series —solar-powered AI perception devices —for a smart parking Proof of Concept in Dubai. The system delivers license plate recognition, real-time occupancy monitoring, and multi-language management platform integration.
This POC validated the performance of AI perception and green energy hardware in extreme Middle Eastern conditions: high temperatures exceeding 45°C, frequent sandstorms, and intense solar radiation —proving readiness for large-scale regional deployment.
Urban traffic AI governance
AI perception devices and edge computing units deployed along arterial roads, key intersections, and commercial core areas in Indonesian cities. The system is engineered for Southeast Asia's unique challenges: high-density motorcycle traffic, tropical humidity, complex natural lighting, and multi-language requirements.
The deployment enhances intersection monitoring, traffic incident detection, and parking management —providing a replicable AI governance template for complex Southeast Asian traffic environments.
ITS highway project
Deployed intelligent transportation systems on Vietnam's national expressways, including a comprehensive management platform for highway monitoring, dispatching, incident alerts, and emergency coordination. The system supports digital infrastructure upgrades for national highway networks.
The project enhances real-time road network monitoring and incident response capabilities, contributing to Vietnam's modernization of expressway infrastructure.
AI-powered smart parking meters
In collaboration with Hong Kong's Transport Department, SuperVision upgraded the next generation of parking meters with AI Sentinel vision fusion modules. The new meters deliver real-time occupancy detection and unauthorized parking identification, significantly improving space utilization and enforcement efficiency.
This deployment supports Hong Kong's Smart City Blueprint and smart mobility transformation goals, bringing AI-powered intelligence to one of the world's densest urban parking environments.
